Final Paper Submission Instructions (For Accepted Papers)
IMPORTANT: Deadline for final paper submission, author registration, and registration fee payment is 6 Oct 2009.
-
The final paper submission portal will open on 16 Sep 2009, and will close on 6 Oct 2009. Please be sure to revise and format your final paper properly (see point 2 below), and check for IEEEXplore compliance (see point 3 below) before you submit the paper to the final paper submission portal.
-
You must resubmit your paper, even if no changes were made to your initial submission! Your final submission must use the APMC2009 manuscript templates. Please remove all page numbers from your manuscript. Choose from the list of official IEEE keywords for your Index Terms. There is a four-page and a 1-Megabyte file size limit on all submittals. You must follow the IEEE two-column format specified in the template or your submission will be rejected.
-
IEEE regulations require that your manuscript be IEEE Xplore compatible. You will need to use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate compatible PDF files (see step-by-step instructions here). Carefully proofread the converted file for any formatting errors.
-
When you have satisfactorily distilled your paper as an IEEE Xplore compliant PDF, go to the submission web site (opens on 16 Sep 2009) and follow the step-by-step procedures provided. You will need to know your registration key from your summary paper submission (the key may also be found in your acceptance e-mail).
-
Copyright transfer is required at this stage of the submission process. Copyright assignment can only be carried out electronically. During the submission of your final manuscript, you will be taken automatically to the IEEE electronic copyright form web site. Your final manuscript submission will not be complete and your paper cannot be published without the electronic copyright submission. The copyright process must be completed by the 6 Oct 2009 deadline.
-
That's it. You are done!
-
APMC 2009 invites you to consider submitting an extended version of your conference publication to a Special Issue of the IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques (T-MTT) dedicated to the Asia Pacific Microwave Conference (APMC) 2009. The submission details will be made available at a later date. To submit to the Special Issue, please follow the author instructions at http://www.mtt.org/publications/Transactions/for_authors_transactions.htm
