1.0 Fees
  1.1 Each Standard Meeting registration entitles a delegate to present up to
TWO accepted papers.
IEEE Life Member Registration and Student Registration entitle a delegate to present up to ONE accepted paper only.
Additional registration fee at USD200 / SGD250 per additionally registered paper applies if more than the limits indicated above.
A maximum number of THREE accepted papers are allowed for each registration.
  1.2 Over length page charge at SGD120/USD96 each is payable if your paper exceeds the 4-page limit. No author may exceed six pages for each paper.
  1.3 Standard Registration - Conference banquet is included in Standard Registration Fee. A limited number of additional tickets could be purchased for students and spouses at the time of registration (Due to the limited number of places, acceptance confirmation is subject to payment being received and places being available at the end of the registration period)
  1.4 Student Registration - Students are required to email/fax a student verification letter to the Conference Secretariat together with the Registration ID. The letter should include:
  1) Student name
2) Student matriculation number (student ID)
3) Expiration date
4) University name
Below are the acceptable forms of a student proof. Do note that self-claimed student stauts is NOT acceptable.
  1) Your student card with clearly indication of the expiry date of your study.
2) A letter endorsed by your school / university which states that you are currently a student of the school / university.
  1.5 Membership ID must be provided at the time of registration if you select
ANY Member Category.
  1.6 Short Courses - Fees include refreshments and course materials but exclude lunch.
  1.7 Early bird rate applies for payments received by 31 Oct 2009 for non-author registrations, and 6 Oct 2009 for author registrations. After the dates above,
current rate applies and any outstanding payment will be collected during the conference at the time of check-in.
     
2.0 Registration Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy
  2.1 Authors need register and pay by 6 October 2009 (no extension will be allowed) in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings CD-ROM. Papers remain not registered / not paid by this date will be dropped out from the program and will NOT be published.
  2.2 There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors.
A substitute may be allowed provided such a request and the particulars of the substitute are received by Secretariat Office before 6 November, 2009.
  2.3 For NON-AUTHORS, no refund for notice received after 6 October 2009.
For notice received before 6 October 2009, an administration fee of SGD100/USD80 applies.
